Questions

The things clients ask first

If your question is not here, send it over — a straight answer costs you nothing.

How long does a typical project take?
A corporate website is usually 3–5 weeks. A custom business system runs 8–16 weeks depending on scope. We give you a dated milestone plan with the quote, so you are never guessing.
How is pricing structured?
Fixed price against a written scope for defined projects, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. You approve the scope before anything starts, and any change is quoted separately.
Do we own the code and the accounts?
Yes. On final payment the source code, hosting, domain and all third-party accounts are transferred into your name. Nothing stays locked to us.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Often, yes. We start with a paid audit of the existing code and infrastructure, then give you an honest recommendation — continue, refactor, or rebuild — with costs for each.
What happens after the site or system goes live?
Every project includes a warranty period for defects. After that you can take a maintenance plan covering updates, backups, security patching and uptime monitoring, or manage it yourself with the documentation we hand over.
Do you work with clients outside Johor Bahru?
Yes — we work with clients across Malaysia and Singapore remotely, and meet on site in the Johor Bahru area when a project calls for it.
